Lebron to OKC

Okay. So Oklahoma City has an absurd amount of picks over the next few years, and the likelihood that they pick up Bronny James is stupidly higher than any other team. Whether it's my beloved Thunder or any other team in the NBA, someone will end up with Lebron and Bronny since Lebron is going to go wherever Bronny goes. That could be the Australian League for all I know. Wouldn't that be something? ​

I've hated Lebron since the 2012 NBA Finals, and he has the potential to make me hate him even more. IF Oklahoma City drafts Bronny, Lebron better not bring his bigass forehead to the organization demanding more than $10m a year. That would limit the team from signing young up-and-coming stars for a few free-agency seasons. Luka will be available in 2027, and sources tell me OKC is his next landing spot (not really, but one can wish).

There's no denying the talent coming from the James' family, but there is a reason Bronny is the #28 player in the Class of 2023. If the Thunder picks him up, they better make more money off jersey sales than Michael Jordan himself. Picking Bronny up early in the first round is a money move, not a "let's improve the roster" move.

If Lebron ends up in OKC, he better win us a damn championship to make up for what he did to us in 2012, especially if he asks for more money than most of us will see in a lifetime. That was just plain dirty. Making a superteam and shitting on my boy Russell Westbrook and that snake Kevin Durant. 

Since Lebron is basically my PawPaw playing basketball, it won't be long before Bronny is on his own. I would be perfectly okay with Bronny on the Oklahoma City Thunder, as long as the team does not make moves that can negatively affect the team in the years following Lebron's departure financially and concerning draft picks.  

My heart doesn't want Lebron in OKC, but it would be mighty ironic if he did end up there and won a championship there. I might even be tempted to buy a jersey, but I'm 24 years old, and wearing jerseys isn't exactly something my wife would find me attractive in.
