Quick Thoughts: Carolina Tar Heels vs. Duke Blue Devils Preview

​After putting an absolute beatdown against the Campbell Fighting Camels, the Tar Heels are back to playing an FBS opponent. Coming into this game, the Tar Heels are on a four-game winning streak against the Blue Devils, but this could be the best Duke team we have seen for a long time. ​

With the College Football Playoffs out of the picture and the ACC Title Game unlikely for the Tar Heels, it can be difficult to stay motivated, but our guys have to stay focused. We are about to enter the toughest stretch of this season, and nobody wants to go on a five-game losing streak against FBS opponents. 

The losses against Virginia and Georgia Tech may be beneficial since the Tar Heels now have tape to look at and learn from. Several of our guys are playing to be a draft pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, and what better way to show that you can get over a little adversity than to show up and win the last three games of this season? 

Today is going to be a close game and a shootout. Luckily, the Heels have one of the best quarterbacks in the country, and I think the Tar Heels will keep the Victory Bell in Chapel Hill.
